I am computer efficient, have worked on many software systems and administrative processes and make an excellent office administrator/support for all who are in need of it in the office when necessary. I possess very good listening and time management skills, am not afraid to ask questions, acting as a key problem solver when issues may arise. I enjoy a challenging work environment and achieving goals and objectives that makes a successful business unit. I have undergone various training courses in my areas of employment and have always completed my functions successfully and with enthusiasm.In my current role as employee, I work in a competitive; target driven business. Career development

Good day , On a typical work day ,I print course material and compile training packs, bind manuals,assist Trainers ,assist with assessment evaluation, data capturing ,maintain training records ,print reports ,coordination of training ,prepare trainee admin documents and filing. I also Follow-up on trainees progress ,surveys ,liaise with HR & reception ,order stationery & training equipment ,arrange appointments/meetings ,catering for training ,venue bookings for training.I have learned a lot from my current role, everyone is different and each case needs to be handled differently , I have learned to accept and understand people with their different personalities. What I enjoy about my job is working with new people all the time and seeing how they persevere in life. The most challenging aspect of my job is when the trainee fail their assessments and I need to discuss he issue with them, they get very emotional and when they have tried all assessments and needs to be sent home for incapacity .

Career Enhancement

My typical work day consist of printing course material and compile training packs ,binding manuals, data capturing, maintaining training records, printing reports, filing, surveys and preparing trainee's admin documents. I also assist facilitators with class and assessment evaluation, follow-up on trainees progress, coordination of training , catering for training, venue booking and assist Hr with reference checks and interviews. My relationship with co-workers and we have a very good understanding. In my current position I have learned a lot being exposed to the learning and development and hr departments, I can assist with the proof reading of documents , reference checks and interviews , which is not difficult but I never had exposure to it before. I enjoy what I'm doing and the challenge that comes with it on a daily basis and working with new people all the time. I think the most challenging aspects of the job is employing the right staff for the position in question.

Good Career move

I assess the junior facilitators on they train the new starters for their roles in the company. I would submit reports to the manager of the department. Give feedback to the facilitators on areas for improvement. The same process i do with the Incubation area. Our relationship within our department is that of professionalism and a friendly demour as we represent the business and has to be the examples to rest of the call centre. Facilitation is something that one should have a passion to do and this is something i have enjoyed since i started facilitating. What i have learnt is that one should love what you do in order to be able to train the next person. The most challenging aspects would be the fast pace and still remain ahead of the business as this can be tiring but very rewarding on the overall.

I was in debt collection position in call centre.

My working shift was the day shit,starting at 07:30am to 15:45pm.My duty was to make the outgoing calls to the debtors.I enjoyed working at the call centre industry,there are challengies also.The most challenging part was at when the debtor droppes the call on me while I need to make a payment arrangement with them.I enjoyed sitting there and prove myself on the phone and convince the debtor to pay.I have learnt to be assertive,empythies but be proffessionaly serious.I love call centre industry.

Pros: depanding on how serious agent is and how comitted the agent with work therefore there are high chances the agent get promoted.
Cons: its bad when you trying your best to get PTPs for the day but you nothing.

It's a good place to start at.

You have a daily, weekly and monthly target. You can get paid twice a month but that's if you meet your monthly target not everything there is sun shines unless you go work there and see for yourself.

Pros: It's a great place to start up a career in the call center industry and teachers yu a lot
Cons: Just the money isn't enough. Can work long hours but yu don't get paid for it

Excellent learning curve

Working at Nimble has thought me many things like building a relationship with the customers and my coworkers. The difficult thing working at Nimble is when you're pushed to convince the customers to pay their accounts even while you're doing your best to do so but sometimes all of that seems to be taken fogranted like you're not doing your best, but it feel great though when you have managed to convince some of the clients and having to meet the break even target though as one would get the commission.Therefore Nimble has been a great opportunity for me to learn patience and giving up as it can be very difficult at times being the employee who gets to deal with different characters of customers who some can be rather rude at you and all one can do is to be calm and collected while assisting the customers.

WORKING AS A TEAM

I bealive in working as a team,sharing good ideas,flexibility,workind under pressure in order to reach the standards of the company. Most challenging to reach targets an get to working with the co-workers and build the good relationships in order to work together. Good Customer Services

Friendly conducive environment. Good social networking on various departments where we treat everyone equally and make each other feel at home. We understand everyone because we encourage team building in regular intervals. The goal and aim is the same for everyone we help each other all the time.

Various experiences.

have a vast knowledge of seven years in total, working within the financial service and Customer service. In which time I have occupied various experiences. The Financial and Customer service environment is a highly challenging and pressurized environment with high volumes and performance targets to meet. My tenacity, self motivation, results driven and ability to work effectively and focused under pressure enabled me to excel and consistently perform at a high level of expectation. I am keen to develop my financial career in your company and I do appreciate that this being a different environment, there are still lots to be learnt and I look forward to the learning opportunities and own set of challenges that comes along with the role. I am a fast learner and given the skills and knowledge that I already possess, I believe that I will be able to add value to the success of your organization.
