Leadership and Implementation

Nikilitha is a small company whereby we are allrounder in the jobs we do. We do various kinds of jobs from being a consultant doing forensic work and being an HR Manager implementing policies and procedures. The staff is very friendly and we all get along. Also we are all flexible at wearing different hats for different tasks. I've learnt a lot. Working for a small company it's an advantage because you do different jobs and you get exposed in working with different clients. Being a forensic consultant is very challenging but at the same time interesting.

Pros: Working in different projects
Cons: Traveling a lot.
