I am currently studying towards my degree in Business management and have a Diploma in computer literacy and a certificate in Business management which includes credit management. I am currently working as a credit analyst in the FMCG retail industry (Nike SA) and have a very good relationship with my colleagues. I am a fast learner and an assertive person. I pay attention to detail and I am very good with figures. I am currently studying and would like to advance my career. I have experience in Supervising, risk management, reporting, credit vetting, reconciliation, relationship building, attention to detail, Customer account analysis, seasonal credit limit analysis and I am assertive. I also do a lot of credit compliance, making sure the audit requirements are met, policies and procedures are met and terms and conditions are adhered to.

Excellent learning curve

More than Three years of experience and nine weeks of experiential training of understanding and knowledge of how to maintain office environment gained at different companies. General Administration and clerical support, e.g.: maintaining an accurate filing system and keeping records, typing documents. The computer literacy and knowledge of using Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Publisher and Word and the use of Internet, typing speed of 30 words per minute. I can work professionally and safely individually or as part of a team and very familiar with most of the office tools. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in client service and customer care, switch board operation and an ability to read and interpret orders, quotations and invoices. I am flexible, accurate, reliable, confident and presentable individual. I am able to maintain the reception area, greet, assist and direct visitors and the general public to relevant departments.

Value of HR Business Partner

I am responsible for all HR interventions from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations & Administration, Financial Management, Talent Development, Employment Equity, Employee Assistance Program, Compensation & Benefits amongst others. I have a very good relationship with employees across the board (from lower level employees to Executive). I am a go to person for clarity sort and or assistance pertaining to any HR queries / advise they have. Give advise that are always correct; since the business rely on HR for adhering to the protocols, for reassurance and to be comfortable that they are doing the right things the right away, whilst driving business results. And we are the people whom employees needs to feel comfortable to confine too. I enjoy every aspect of my job, from recruitment, training and ER including CCMA cases because I always learn in HR and grow my expertise.

Good leading environment

I have worked a Nike for over a year now. The experience has been wonderful. There are always challenges and opportunities for an individual who is willing to learn more about the company and the brand it's self. I have been resently appointed as a visual Mechandiser of the east point store. This role has a lot of responsibility.

Great learning opportunities within the business. Culture and diversity are driven globally.

A typical workday starts of with a quick coffee chat with employees in the morning to build and keep the business relationships. This quick chat gives employees a sense of purpose and the acknowledgement to know that they are valued as individuals in the business to ask them about their prior day/ evening. I always strive to build great relationships with employees and it’s helps working in a cohesive environment.

Pros: Excellent company to work for.
Cons: Global businesses sometimes filter down to to smaller regions. This was a case of a restructure, leading to retrenchment.

I would like add value in the company and make sure that im doing great thing for the company.

I would like to work with different people and work as a team sharing ideas and make sure that my work come first. i will make sure that im doing good job to make the company grow and make that the menagers are happy with my work all the time
