Sales Executive

It has always been a challenging task knowing that you getting a certain target for the day, and if you don't reach it, you feel incompetent and always try harder and strive for better. And it doesn't end there as we know that we need to be presentable at all time and maintain the work place ethics regarding. Work always had to be done in time and there was pressure meeting deadlines and give good service to our customers. I personally have enjoyed working there, as it gave me a basic idea of what to expect in a working environment. If it was possible, I would have stayed there, but then again one needs to explore and seize to other opportunities. As I continued with furthering my studies, I knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that I go for it. The staff there where amazing and we go along very well. The vibe was awesome

Great learning and developmenting experience

I loved everything about working at Nike, the business is great to work for. The working environment was full of things to learn. I am now looking for job where I can work hard and be noticed for it. Where the money is good and that allows me to spend weekends away with family or friends as at Nike I worked weekends.

I have learned a lot about merchandising and what team work is. Giving higher gulity customer service is one of the priorities. Dealing with products and recommending it to customers. Merchandising the product according to the sizes, colour, category and department.

Great and fun working environment

I have learned how to work with a team .we call each other team player and our managers we call them our coughes so we all know that we need each other to win.win to us is reaching our monthly and day to day targer so for a team to will it's takes lot or things like being commitede to your work being on time and understand you co-workers. The most funy thing that keeps the team winning is knowing our product which is product knowlegde and excellent costomer service. The most challenging situations is when we don't have what the customers what you have to charge their minds and Upsell the product and teach the them about the technology innovations in the gamet

It is a very busy store,good customer service, always a fun day with co-workers

The relationship with coworkers is fun we do cheers and always ready to serve customers, I've learnt alot of things like giving customers premium service, processing the payment, refilling stock, and working at the BOH

Pros: Great opportunity of dealing with different customers
Cons: Closing the store late and struggling transport

Excellent with a team

Yo work at Nike factory is a privilege, so many things to leatn from, every motning go to work into a team huddle, and start the day with a team cheer, the rekationship with the teammates after the cheer, is positive , easy to communicate with, working fir Nike S.A I have come learn how to engage with a individual, and how to take the lead, listen to learn, the most difficult part is not satisfying the consumers need.

Cons: Bad money and long hours
