I do work at client location in Johannesburg as we test analyst, also I am a certified Scrum master.

Good company to I have been working with this company for more than 5 year's. Located at client side for more than 4.8 years. Working for many different projects whcch are also compliance.work for.

Pros: Good company to work
Cons: No work appreciation.

Provides excellent opportunity to the beginners.

Excellent Culture, working culture is very good, the givens learning opportunities to everyone in the team, so much focusing on th eporcess, if you performs well, lots of god opportunity

Pros: Provides many opportunities to grow yourself
Cons: only 2 major clients as Multichoice and Nedbank

Normal day to day work, no benefits given

No benefits given to SA citizens Increases are not great Underpaid More indians from Indian are hired than actually South Africans Is No benefits such as medical aid, pension fund for South Africans Not funding for SA people if they want to go back to school No consideration of how long you’ve been with the company when increases are given, promotions are given to Indian peoples

Pros: Great company as a start up in your career
Cons: Not investing to south african workers as they do with indian employees

Excellent learning industry

i enjoy to work on my pace,comfortable with my hours 9-17:00,challenging aspects of my job is that im doing filling from 2008 till now whereby their files are mixed i have to go page by page and sort them accordingly and unstaplabled before i scanned them,i feel like its a huge job and the salary i got is to little.

Pros: i wish to be a permanent employee
Cons: i can able to work on saturday or overtime if needed to
