My name is Knowledge Samaneka aged 34 with good command of English communication and have good basic computer litreacy , quick to grasp new things and I can cope very well under pressure.

Pros: No the company lost a big contract so instead of promotion the company is retraching.
Cons: 8hrs per day

Different environment from what lm used too Have people from different nationalities When it’s busy commitment in terms of flexibility required I’m on contract basis would like something more permanent Have learnt a lot of Human Resources procedures Have learnt to work weekends and over time Typical day can go very fast when it’s busy Have learnt to meet target deadlines set

Pros: You get adjust and get used to long working hours and meeting deadlines. There’s no room for mistakes once you given a task you need to complete on time
Cons: Long working hours and weekends
