Learning so much from my leader

Excellent learning curve. There is no transparency between executive and employees. I have a good working relationship with my manager. I am learning so much from him. Salaries are very low and we don't get bonuses or incentives when the company performed well.

Hard working individual

I work from 8 to 4pm daily making sure that I don't leave my work place before I finish my duties, I have a good relationship with my colleagues, I have learnt to disciplined and accurate, I enjoy being recognised when I've done well or met my deadline of which that keeps me motivated ro do more. , and the most challenging thing at work is to overcome my impatience to see end results nof my work.

Willingliness to grow and meet new challenges

I am able to work under preassure. Meet dead lines and deliver quality job to the organisation. Able to work in a group and take advise if there is any. Avail myself for overtime work and knock off late if necessary. Also able to work weekends. Maintain a good relationship with members of my team by motivating their work all the time.

Pros: Give my best and able to introduce the new ways to meet dead-lines.
Cons: Can relocate and work long hours
