Working at Nictus

A typical work day is planning for the next two months ahead and follow up on leads obtained from exhibitions and phoning of customers on the database. The most challenging aspect is to get new blood of sales people in the business as they do not last very long. Another point is to find a strategy to get customers to the area and the store. I am a strong leader with people skills that can negotiate with clear direction. Motivation and clear communication are two of my strengths to get me where I want to be. They have an exciting stock range of German imports and have learn what to look for when selling, promoting and assembling of the units. I enjoy the overall managing of a store and to motivate people to reach further.

Pros: Strong company
Cons: No growth, Family business, Randburg br no cust feet and branch is in a quite part of town and not in a mall.

Office administration and organization. Attentive in routine tasks and thrive in planning and prioritizing daily tasks. I take responsibility for my own work, with the necessary guidance and training.

Pros: It is my line of work and I enjoy it.
Cons: It could get a bit boring at times.
