Great company, learnt a lot but looking for greener pastured

Work well with fellow colleagues as well as management. Small company with family values everyone goes out of their way to assist where they can and people are very friendly and work well together.

Pros: Lots of room for self growth
Cons: In a very awkward area for me

It was a learning curve for me to work for a company selling wine

Our work day would would not be the same every day. Although we had our own work one if the requirements was to help take orders for customers. My relationship with my co-workers was excellent I enjoyed working with them. My challenge at the beginning was to take orders for the wines of which I knew nothing about but as the months passed I got to know the different wines that we sold.

Pros: To learn about the industry
Cons: There was no room for promotion

It was a learning curve for me to come into a different industry

It was a wonderful experience. Completely different from the industry of manufacturing that I use to work in. Changing from that to the distributions of wines and water. Having to learn the different wines was quite challenging. Working with my colleagues was grate everyone a different character altogether

Pros: I started as a Debtors Clerk just collecting money and I was hands more duties over the years
Cons: There was no cons I just wanted a new challenge
