I plan my day, i work well under pressure, i have a fantastic relationship with associates,

I start my day, firstly with a prayer and then plan my day,so that i do not pressure myself even though i work well under pressure, i have a fantastic relationship with my patients, doctors,staff,and medical Reps.I am constantly always aware of my surroundings,i have learnt to endure and persevere.I really enjoy the new challengers

Pros: Always got to meet and take care of different kinds of people, always reached close to 100% in turning them towards my wave lenght
Cons: Company always valued my position, and the work I performed, they did not want to remove my position as a nurse and administration to upper management

Pressure . Helping people

Fast paced environment on the frontline helping patients with everything from bookings to providing info regarding Covid protocols. DR diaries. Answering 1000 calls a day capturing info with software. Resolving accounts

Pros: Opportunity to help people with medical issues and ease their anxiety by applying my knowledge of the protocols best resolve any challenges clients/patients face
Cons: Extremely long hours , capped salary that is not determined by hours worked. Pay cut due to Covid.dealing with disgruntled customers due to management's implementation of new protocols.

Excellent learning curve.

Excellent learning curve, I am very good with people and have a very good relationship with all my co-workers and the clients, Its a busy day everyday with high level of pressure. I enjoy solving issues for my clients and giving them the best service. The most challenging aspects of the job is dealing with racist clients and the constant pressure.
