Excellent learning and improvement

I have learned many things that should have cost me go to institute or college e.g. Computer literacy, How to work under pressure, to be reliable and Honesty at your working area. My typical work days is bit tiring as I spend most of my time out doors doing banking and I feel not safe without life cover. My first week we made get together which prevented hazards, conflict could be tolerated and solved.(95 per sent)I enjoy working together to build the organisation. I have Learned Computer, Supervising more than 5 people. How to handle difficult situation. General office work. Less of Bookkeeping. General office work, Communicating with our donors/customers I enjoy when to necessary help to the relevant people in time. Challenges is when I can not help in time needed. When salary cannot be increased but more responsibility, more efforts no appreciation. Continuous overtime without payment or hours replaced.

Learning under pressure

My co. Worker are very friendly they teach me in a polite way and they have always introduce me new things.sometimes its challenging because we work during the weekends if we have many work. My manager sometimes give me many work with such small deadline.

Good excellent experience

Long working hours, busy which is good, Extra hours not noticeable as overtime. No salary increase enough money. Average relationship with staff members, challenging I have learned using computers, General office work with going to institute or college. Self discipline, to leave as example, to be fair even when no one sees me. I enjoy seeing the impact NGO is doing to the community, meeting the heart of those in needs. The most challenging was to risk in handling lot of cash on the street walking to the bank. Which there was no solution and no one understand how my life is in danger.

I have mature woman,with a more experience in Administration, working with people, have computer skills, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.

Managing organizational property, financial reporting,

a good job, with good benefits and overall wellbeing. working well with co-workers and very active with the activities of the organization at large. I have learned a lot working here and wished i had more time to learn and grow.

It exposed me to a lot of experience

It has been a learning curve, on job training, learning through challenges that comes along with day to day issues arising. Very little or no support from the management that gave birth to teamwork within the co-workers. I have learnt a lot, having to use your own discretion and come up with solutions to problems with little help from superiors. It prepared me for greater challenges and made me to be more anxious for greater challenges. This made me to enjoy my work each and every day knowing that l will be learning new things each time, helped to broaden my scope. I enjoyed my job because it was never a routine work, each day had its own challenges. We made a very strong team with my co-workers
