The company support growth

The environment is great and the culture is good. The chalange is daily and demanding , and gives you the opportunity to think often outside of the box slowing you to continually think in your feet. The co workers share knowledge especially when coming up with solutions to problems . The interaction alles you to learn and see different ways of solving problems or dealing with difficult matters. I enjoy most these chalanges . Most challenging is coming up with ways to continually improve the functions to make your process better ,efficient and effective.

Excellent filing and demarcation system

It sounds like a typical motor company when it comes to the company name but walking into the place it was spotless and tidy at all times. A typical work day would be making sure production does not stand still and keeping it spotless at the same time. It was challenging at times but at the end of the day it was a day well done after your target was reached and your goal was set. My relationship with co-workers is working together as a team and trying to get more work out at the end of the day. We are more like family then co-workers. I have learnt alot about multi-tasking, keeping the floors clean while working,

Very neat and clean environment, good social culture. high regard for safety and the environment

A very good company to work for. remunerates their staff well. Makes development opportunities available to staff.Unfortunately staff is assigned with too many responsibilities which does not allow members to be good or become specialist in their field. this also leads to risk of error.

Pros: Very good salary
Cons: Area of responsibility is very widespread

From machine operator

We were working two shift and i really enjoy working with them but fortunatly for me i have to resign due to fsmily that is in johannesburg.we were like big family with my co-workers.i learn a lot expecially on 100% quality and meeting the daily target.i e,njoy the way they manager have the way to motivate members to be evryday at work.the most part that i enjoy its when we have a family day team building as workers

Excelent company, strive to be the best suppllier in their field

Good company, with lots of benefits. Safe and clean enviroment. Good values and worker relationship. Dominate the market internationally . Well established. Customer orientate. Have good policies in place and adhere to them, strictly. Structured very well and and interaction between the different levels of chain of command is excelent. Managent is committed.

Excellent learning curve

I worked as a quality line inspector/controller for more than 6 years. I used to re-work parts, do calibration, check first and last offs, testing tanks, doing dock and layered audits etc.

Pros: Great companies to work for if you want to go further.
Cons: Limited overtime, but too much work.

Great team work , support, good communication from management.

Great teamwork, communication structure from management very effective , open door policy's with management. benefits I enjoy much with incentives.

Great place to work at

Great place to work at but I am a temp for 4 years now would like to become permanent. They don't make easily permanent. The company cultures is good and company goals is clear. The process is amazing from distribution to the production floor and the inspection lines. That's why they are rated as a world class company

Pros: HAVE ALOT OF YEARLY FUNCTIONS
Cons: Hard labour
