When you are given an oppoturnity that you never thought you will get

When i started it was not very difficult to adjust, mainly because I am a people's person. I get along very well with my co-workers. all we had to do is to work as a team, meet deadlines make sure all the the payments are ready to be processed by the accounting department. The difficulties we were facing is where by the company didn't have money to pay our creditors. But we did manage the situation very well. I have learn that you need to respect your work and you co-workers so that they can also give the respect you deserve. I am doing the payments now for the company i am enjoying every single day at work. You need to focus be accurate pay attention to every detail.

Pros: I am now working as an Office Administrator which is great oppoturnity for me
Cons: I start work at 7 or before it depends on my workload for the day and finish at 17h00 or later than that

I maintain a good relationship with my co-workers, i have learn that you dont bring your personal issues at work and also you must respect you work space. The fact that i am working in the construction company, it makes realise that now i have so much to offer since i am working all different people from engineers quantity surveyors you get to meet all different people and you learn a lot from them if you are willing. It is a big challenge to sit in the office alone making sure that everything runs smoothly with no hicaps.

I have gained skills in a construction sector

I am self driven and I strive to succeed all the time and a hard worker who is dedicated to her job, able to work under pressure and in a stressfully condition, I always keep calm. I can add a value to the profile of the company. I am very eager learn and available when needed.

Pros: I am meticulous, level headed, thorough and thrive under pressure. Goal setting is important and I like to use my own initiative. I maintain a presentable appearance and am fit and healthy. I am a hands on person and am self-thought in almost all my career skills by combining discipline and enthusiasm beyond my work environment.
Cons: I work long hours almost everyday simple because we are short staffed, and that give me more skills within this company. Iam also looking for a new challenge. and opportunity to grow even further.
