An amazing experience of learnung and outcomes.

Being at Ngconga Construction has bee an amazing experience. I have learnt how to unleash my capabilities and strengthd. I am now able to transform my weaknesses into strengths and have come to size every opportunity. Time management is very important. This exposure has given me the opportunity to meet all kinds of people from all walks of life and to get to think outdife the box and also from the many perspectives out there. My skills have been shapened and have now learnt how to work under pressure and also that when you love what you do, you get to enjoy it and to do it to the best of my ability. Dedication, Heart, Mind and Soul needs to be all brought to the fore in order to produce the best results.

Pros: An opportunity to be among the best team sowing what I am made of.
Cons: Workplace squabbles and negetive energies.
