I have been working for PLP as a sales consultant from 10- 2017, part of my key responsibilities are contacting clients and selling Rewards on behalf of Sanlam. I managed to accomplish many positive achievements including maintaining relationships with our clients, achieving and exceeding targets. I have 4 years’ experience as a call center agent 2 years in debt collecting and 2 years in sales and customer service. My goal is to grow more in the legal industry and achieve best results.

Excellent learning experience

Great working environment with young people. Managers are very understanding and very considerate. I have learned to work with different people from different cultures and backgrounds, clients from different backgrounds and cultures. I have even learned to speak other language to accommodate the clients we communicate with on a daily basis. The environment is a very happy and fun place to be, there are times when we have to be very formal and push towards making certain targets.

Cons: Long working hours and a high target
