-I access sales calls of the agent, making sure they did not mislead the client. -Capture sales on the system. -Do coaching with the agents regarding their calls. -We have a good relationship with my co-workers as I can work well in a team. -I have learned how to deal with objections of the clients. -Good listening skills. -Good communication skills. -I enjoy solving people query's as since I joined the corporate world I have been exposed to deal with clients and helping them with the query's the come across. -The challenging part is when you not able to pick up any errors on a call and that hardly happens because I make sure that I know the product knowledge by head so that I always do the right things.
Pros: I am a hard worker, and always wanna grow in a company I work for.

Its a good company to work for
I ENJOY WORKING AT THIS COMPANY,THE ENVIROMENT IS GOOD AND THE MANAGMENT AND STAFF.I HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS.I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM THIS COMPANY AS I CAME AS A SALES AGENT BUT ENDED UP AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS THEIR ENVIROMENT AND THE EDUCATION,THEY TAUGHT ME LOT OF THIS I DID'NT KNOW.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT IT WAS WHEN I WAS MOVED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITHOUT BEING TRAINED,THE FIRST WEEK IT WAS HARD, BUT BECAUSE I AM A FAST LEARNER I MANAGED WITHIN TWO WEEKS.
Pros: the great oppotunity is when i was promoted from sales agent to customer service agent
Cons: i work six (6) days a week.from eight (8) to five (5)
