Great place to pick up the pace in my skills

The company is a great start-up with the amazing potential to be a leading news channel. The potential is great but the access to resources is what is lacking more than anything. Form people to machinery, every aspect o the channel is affected more internally but is shows externally on TV and social media.

Pros: Great opportunity as a start up channel
Cons: 15 hour days with no overtime

Good working relationship

It has been a great pleasure working for the current company especially with two ladies in my department who we work band in hand as a team. We can rely on each. If oam to leave the company i qill miss tgem dearly. The company employment strategy is not up to standard.tir hais been

Pros: Well promotion opportunities are a no in this company. You have to be closer to someone in the high office to be looked ay otherwise it is a no
Cons: Well mostly i worked night shift and which i enjoyed and still do. The working hours are abnormal and you are not paid for extra 6 hours overtime. The media industry doesn't pay for that.
