Not another day, but a chance to grow.

I enjoy working at my current firm, we are a medium based firm therefor there is opportunity to learn from my co-workers, especially those working here for a longer time period. I get a long with my co-workers as most are ambitious , well mannered , we grew not only as colleagues , but as family. I enjoy my works , as sometimes it is challenging, I have to work under pressure, which for me is something I enjoy most. although it can be a challenge I enjoy it. I learned a lot during my period at my current work not only did I grew professionally ,but as a person I've changed. I can handle pressure, conflict and challenges better now.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Not enough opportunity to grow, financial growth are limited.

Learning experience. Training experience. Development

Learning how to effectively manage agent individually in order to perform in a team. Gaining knowledge and experience in the field of management skills. Discussions with the agents and the poses are very important to the company.

Cons: No room for promotion
