Excellent learning industry, Expand customer service experience

Greetings!!! In a hospitality industry i have learnt many ways of how to treat a customer and also how to solve problems. I have worked for two different company's so far, and all have introduced their different ways of dealing with difficult and simple customers, the first company i worked 9 hours daily, but because the staff was so friendly and helping i sum-times did not want to knock-off, then work double shift.The most challenging days was wen i was still new and i had to wake up at 6 am and rush to work to find the place packed and moving. The second company unlikely i did not spend much time like the first, but it was the best company to work for, with caring bosses and helping staff. I currently want to explore in a reception role as i have gained more experience on how to deal with a customer/ client.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and be the best
Cons: Long working hours

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I am a dedicated and goal orientated individual who performs well under pressure.I have the ability to work with people at all levels and am able to easily build relationships with others in a professional manner.My enthusiasm and determination to obtain objectives enables me to work well in a team thus providing excellent service delivery that is given to both client's and intercompany relations.

Minimum learning curve

Working at News Cafe has been the greatest learning curve, the food that are being made, the style and the cuisine it just makes it fabulous to be there. And as friendly as the employees are, it rubs off to everyone who interact with anyone. It is a happy place. The most challenging part for me as a kitchen coordinator is when if the customer complains and I have to take the blame for it, wether I was in sight to witness the mistake or not, although, having the management skills that I proud myself with, I don't take it personal for it comes with the territorial obstacles, but it is a great place to work at and a great place to learn and interact with different kinds of people.

I am available anytime for interviews

i would welcome a a chance to work as dynamic team where i could significantly develop my skill yet further.i am a hard working person with ability to learn quickly and i am a much organised person.I like working in a team because i enjoy sharing knowledge and learn from others.being in charge is one of my strong points in a team

Pros: working for news cafe is preety good except the long ours
Cons: long working ours and exhausting job
