Poor management

Overworked and underpaid, no benefits and the safety is poor. The is foundation or structure to show whether the company is going forward or not. The planning of the daily job is alarming so much that you always wonder what's gonna happen the following day.

Pros: Being able to cope under any amount of pressure
Cons: Not being recognized or appreciated

Work Information

High intensity with lots of pressure to meet Client requirement. Long hours due to the length of operating hours. Managing between 200-300 people per day. I have learned the new way of planning procurement/buying. The most difficult aspect of the job is to deal with 17-18 clients each day.

Pros: Opportunities to work at another branch worldwide
Cons: Lack of further growth
