Mechanical fitter

I would like to apply for a job in your company as a DIESEL/TRACKLESS FITTER. Section 13 I have been working for 11years as a Mechanical FITTER on SANDVIK/AARD/MANTUS DRILRIGS/ FERMEL/CAT machines.I have recently passed project management course at IQ academy. I have worked 3 years as a plant mechanical fitter on deferent machines and crushers/conveyors/ pumps/belt drives/gearbox. I’m a SECTION 13 ARTISAN (FITTER) I also worked for FERMEL on CAT/FERMEL machines in breakdowns and service I have worked on hydraulics/electrical work. And now I am a specialist in LHD/UV/DRILL RIGS/ROOFBOLTER/MPV/DUMP TRUCKS machines. I worked with XLP, LP machines. Excelent learning curve

- planning work to do, for the day the previous afternoon - Check if needed spares are available - i have a good relationship with co-workers. i always like to share my working info. - Take my work seriously and are always willing to help

Hard working co workers. Good relationship with mine management. Listening and communication skills.

Most of the time I am working underground. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. I learned to listen to others point of views and I enjoy discussions. Working with people who feel unrecognised is my biggest challenge

Very Experienced

Get to work at 06h00 leave at any time when job is complete, sometimes 24 hours later. Achievements are not recognized, and pay and bonus structures are not adhered to. Subordinates are always unhappy and complaining, resulting in loss of production. People come and go at an alarming rate, so it is difficult to build a team, and again production suffers because of this. Discipline is poor towards workers but the blame and disciplinary action is strict, even if trumped up against senior, people.

Cons: No job satisfaction, poor remuneration, Long hours.

Work dwwork would start by maintenance and great working environment and people in the company, great pay, no bonuses but really enjoyed the company ay would be

Broad learning experience

cellent an excellent team to learn from. I gained exposure to stoping, development, secondary support across various shafts at voth Impala an Lonmin. Gained a good exposure of resource management and labour utilization in mining.
