Have a lot of managerial experience

To work at my company is great, I have a very special relationship with everyone working here. The people love working with me and it is quite a place to work, with what we work mostly outdoors as it is a nursery. It is long hours, even on weekends but I have done that already for the past 11 years A typical work day starts at 6:15 with checking the bank and do cashups. Then I work till 17:30, always the last person to leave the premises. I have learned a lot about sand and garden soils as well as plants, conrete products and pavers/paving etc. I love a challange and is constantly challenged at work

Pros: Greater opportunities for growth and promotions
Cons: Long hours and weekend works

Learnt to work with difficult people ,learnt a lot

phones ringing all the time,clients come and order we send our drivers out from 7-30 till 3 to deliver our products. i take stock every Monday and order . Fridays i pay out the over-time. and weekly staffs salary. i think the challenging aspect is the difficult clients , i have learnt so much how to handle the clients,all the admin that goes with it. im 2nd in charge when the managers off. love the staff have our good days and off days. i enjoy the open air and the Independence i dont have my boss breathing down my neck. so we have worked well over the years.the challenging aspects is the hours i work very long hours and dont have much time for my family.
