Good work environment, Excellent company with growth opportunities

review and attend my emails daily, send daily attendance reports, reconcile reports, confirma employment, draft contract, pull reports, filling. I have a good work relationship with all my co-workers and my door is always open to assist them with any queries they might have regarding payroll or HR. I have learnt to be patient and polite. solving employees queries and seeing them satisfied. the challenges I face daily. struggling to get information on time from various department when payroll has to be completed.

Economy & Group Pressure is too tight

I am currently Marketing & Sales Executive Assistant to a large manufacturing company, part of a group and JHB stock exchange. I do personal assistant duties to the CEO, COO, CFO and CCO. We manufacture generators and I have been part of the manufacturing process from job opening, to testing and delivery. I have a passion for engines i.e. cars, however the John Deere, Mitsubishi , Volvo engines have become an obsession for me when testing. I work with every department on a daily basis and have no problems with people skills.

Pros: Annual increases
Cons: economical effect on business

Excellent electrician

I work as wireman wiring control panels of which I joined the company with that experience but I never been paid for the position that I'm in. I qualified as an electrician working for a company but never get any promotion it's been a year now. I enjoy my electrical industry the problem is when it comes to payments I'm not happy. A day can be good enjoying work Our supervises are keeping us away from co-owner or top management. The most challenging issue when you given a supervisor that is not on your industry

Pros: They don't do promotions especially to the workshop workers
Cons: I do work overtime when provided

I have experience in manufacturing industry. I have been involved in running continuous improvement projects to reduce defects rate, improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs. I have been committed in improving product quality using lean six sigma “DMAIC’’ methods, and designing standardized work instructions and operating procedures, material handling, buffer systems and layouts, to ensures systems remain effective as plant conditions and customer requirements change. My skills are set in updating and revising Control Plans and FMEA, for implementing countermeasures and quality management systems.

Very interesting to leran different types of machines and jobs

When I get to work I have to prepare my job before I can start with it I have to sort out my job from most importan to least important and I have to go collect it from the other department I have a good working relationship with my colleagues that is why my team is always number one and the jobs is going smoothly because we communicate after im finished with my jobs I sign off the job card and I hand it off to the dispatch and they qc check it and it can be loaded to and off 5o the customer.

Pros: To be a workshop manager
Cons: My shift is a 12 hours shift
