I have learned perseverance in these tough economic times.

Selling advertising space in Mining, Construction and Manufacturing magazines and digitally on a daily basis. Attend client open days and visit the relevant expo's for new network opportunities. The team is fantastic to work with. I have learned perseverance in these tough economic times and to be successful in what I want to do best, and that is sales. I enjoy the challenges that comes with each day and I make it work to my advantage. With mining, construction and manufacturing going through a rather rough time, it is challenging for the client to make the right strategic decisions when it comes to marketing their brands at the moment. Explaining the various platforms of advertising to client gives them the satisfaction of doing business their way.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE

I started at the bottom and worked my way up to where I am today. I have gained so much experience within the publishing and printing industry over the years. I enjoyed working with various suppliers and building client relationships. A typical day at work was to have a satisfied client and producing an excellent product.

Pros: fantastic oppotunities for growth and learning more with flexible working hours.
Cons: one need to make sure that clients are happy and satisfied at all times otherwise it affects companies budget if a redo of a job has to be done.

Good company

NEW MEDIA WAS JUST A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK JUST BECAUSE YOU NEEDED SOMETHING TO DO, OTHERWISE THERE WAS NO ROOM TO GROW EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE A REQUEST IN REGARSD, BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY OPPORTUNITY TO GRIW AT ALL. SO I CANNOT SAY I HAVE LEANT MUCH IN IT. THAT'S ALL. ANYWAY MY COLEUGUES WERE VERY NICE. BUT MY MANAGER WASN'T A VERY GOOD PERSON AT ALL. SHE WASN'T A PERSON WHO'S WILLING TO TEACH ANYONE ANYTHING. I'M A KIND OF A PERSON WHI LIKE TO DO DIFFERENT THINGS EVERY DAY, LEARNING NEW SKILLS, WORK ALL OVER. I LOVE TO BE BUSY THAT'S ALL. I HATE DOING ONE THING ALL THE TIME. I'M A PEOPLE'S PERSON, I WORL VERY WELL AROUND PEOPLE. I COPE VERY WELL WITH PRESSURE.

Good support

Friendly people Supportive Understanding Good productivity Team work Growth Entertainment When you need more support or not reaching the target, they sit with you, so that you can understand what you need to do, in oder to submit things on time. Good training obtained for better quality. Such a great environment, exploring new things, since I was updating the website of the restaurant around South Africa.
