Good customer service

I am a highly motivated, confident, committed and reliable individual with exceptional capacity to manage multi tasks and ability to produce best result in pressure situation. Furthermore my 5 years’ experience as a Debt Collector in the call centre environment has equipped me with key skills required in administration work, among other, sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications(including data capturing), great communication (both written and verbal) and problem solving skills.
