I have learnt how liaise with vendors

I usually clock in at 7:00 am at work, and prepare what is ahead of me, I then forget about social media and focus on my work. we have a smooth relationship with my co-workers, I have learnt how to deal with big companies that we work with and to handle breakdowns accordingly. I have enjoyed the work environment and what I have been taught. however the most challenging part of it is to multitask but that has made me to learn to priorities.

Good learner

Maintain machine , make it 100% available for production, prevent , avoid break dawn, to work as team to promote good quality job , be brothers keep er , learn to work safety all the time, follow safety standard procedure ,I enjoy when my machine is under my control, my machine 100% available for production

Work day , looking, monitoring production machine such as joy cm, roofbolter, feeder, conveyor belt, 11kv transformer Relationship with co workers it real good Learnt work safety all the time Enjoy most to maintain my machine to give 100% available for production Challenge to be involve in decision making for planning the job

Work day is confusing don't what to do no scope of work no plan

The company is not making any profit so the is no future. It has more than 15000 percepeople and its planning to cut work force so there's lot of ups and downs at the company

Good learning curve

Working maintenance, maintaining continuous miners, shuttle cars, feeder breaker and roof bolter and also attending break downs. The challenging part is to work more hours per day and doing night shifts

Pros: No opportunities, especially for women
Cons: Long working hours
