Excellent Learning Curve filled with creativity and delivery on time

I've worked at NDT for two years, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. After every event, Q&A, all-hands, there's an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken.

Excellent learning curve

Typical work day - read and respond to emails. schedule meetings and making sure my boss attends to all appointments for the day. Marking the register. Relationship with co-workers - Excellent was lucky worked with adults who knew their purpose in the office. What i learnt - Team work, integrity and privacy as i was working closely with managers and employees personal files. What i enjoyed most - i was the first to know about changes in the company beside the bosses and bonuses. The Most challenging aspects about the job - when i had to sit in during disciplinary hearings and having to type dismissal letters.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
