Gain more experience

Daily counts Motivator Leader Team player Learnt to be patient and to consider team members feelings,consistency and to always follow the company's disciplinary code of conduct, I enjoy reading and socialising Dealing with negative and unwilling people is one of the challenging aspects of my previous job..but I have learned to motivate,empower and give light,understanding each other

I am the fast learner able to face new challenges

I believe I have aptitude and attitude for the position. I can make a sizeable contribution in your company with my academic record and my experience I have. I am good in working with team.

Pros: I am promoted for three time due to hard working.
Cons: I cecrifice in working for long hours especial on the last day of the month where there cut offs

Innovative

It's tough working there but it's enjoyable as time goes on. People are friendly. Different cultures but everyone live like in family. The best time is when you're getting paid of course. But also working hard gives body strength. The most challenging part is when you have to engage into new areas of work or working with new products.

I was trained to drive a forklift and also receive syspro training inside the compasny

ihave been working for new concept mining for 6 years now at first i thought since well i know nothing about manufacturing bussines the job is will be hasrd for me,but to my suprise in 3 months i was enjoying my job and also made some suggestion wher ithought it will be helpful cause even thery management they encourage us to come up with ideas or suggestion and if it is very helpfull and the company benefit from it you receive a reward for that,and also the company also help employees who want to do ABET or complete their studies

Pros: to enroll in in the institution
Cons: working hours are ok strctly 8 hrs per day

Its a place of opportunities

My work includes controlling of the Exports warehouse, dispatching and human resources utilization. Got a great relationship with both my workers and seniors. I have learnt how to manage without supervision, delegate with passion and i enjoy the great company and the way things are run in this organisation. The most challenging is to meet customers expectations of which we are on top of our game here.

Dedicated employee

Able to work long hours Sharing ideas with my coworkers, no idea is wrong Respect from my colleagues Like to work under any pressure because I can deliver before deadlines I am honest dedicated worker and takes any challenge as it comes.
