It's a good company with a good and excellent Service towards their employees

My experience at new balance south Africa was an excellent one,on my dad to day basis at work I've learnt alot especially since its a sports wear shop,we selling products such as running shoes and apparel for ladies and men.My relationship with my co workers is a good one we more of a family than co workers but end of the day we don't forget that we at work and we don't mix business with pleasure.I've learnt about customer service,how to approach and deal with different customers and how you should represent yourself,respecting your customers and always put a smile on your face its the key.what I enjoy most is seeing different people,different races and having to speak to my customers and teach them about the new balance product knowledge.the most challenging is the fact that you have to deliver in terms of sales and reach your target for the month.

Excellent learning curve

nerstunderstanding the brand be part of it. It make sense to sell something you understand by saying that I hard to start going to gym so I ungage my self easy with customer's. Working with the team that understands the brand as well it makes the best customer service the store have. When it not a busy day I always do floor walk with whoever departments on that day. Try to implementing where it necessary. Pushing sells of that day and checking incoming mails. and the Brad
