Not hight earnings that can bring happiness but stability

Its the experience of different company culture that brings growth to individuals . My learning experience its not about high earning one can enjoy their jobs but even in a small company with low earnings . Going around looking for high earning doesnt bring one to stability but to in and out of jobs and leaves one unhappy. I am not looking for high earnings but stability and grow with the company.

Pros: When you are applauded for doing good not by token even a part on the back
Cons: When you love what you are doing time doesnt matter

We are going under company review

We arw going under company review , we were told to look for jobs just in case the company they dont get someone to buy it they will retrench or close down

Pros: Have passion of what I am doing and I am doing it with diligent and love all the time
Cons: I dont mind working long hours and working under pressure and deadlines I am used to it
