New department

Things happen quick and need to react, some freedom to implement structure - but limited, staff turnover is high, minimum communication, some days are slow with feedback

No room for growth

We are a good team as collegues, I have learnt to be diverse and learnt from other cultures as well. The most challenging aspect is working with clients that already know what you make.

Poor Management

A typical day at work is continuously removing the knifes from your back. There is no team work as it is each man for themselves in the company and each person keeps to themselves. No one is willing to take accountability for their work but would rather point it elsewhere. It has been the most challenging company that I have ever worked for. Being hear I have learnt the hardware and do not trust a single colleague. Staff turnover extremely high

Pros: I have yet to pick any up
Cons: Long hours, no bonus

Good working environment

Working at Networks Unlimited has been quite an experience, great team and friendly management. My relationship with my co-workers is excellent and i enjoy the digital marketing aspect of my job. I have learnt how to run multiple events in a month an coordinating them well to insure success and great ROI for the event. What i find most challenging is looking after 5 vendor product and replicating marketing aspects around all five products.

Excellent learning curve in the IT Distribution Industry

Everyday has interesting challenges at my office, as I work with people from different traditions and upbringings. I have a open and effective relationship with my superiors and the staff reporting to me. I am well organised which is a pre requisite to reach your short term and long term goals and deliverable as planned. I have learnt much more about the IT distribution industry regarding sales processes and marketing with the vendor to the partners and the end users.

Pros: Great learning curve, near to home.
Cons: No incentives, no promotion opportunity, no pension, no other benefits

Great people , hard to grasp/achieve Job responsibilities.

Depending in which department you work and what Manager is assigned to you , Workload can vary. If you are a Channel Manager in the remote regions. Pros: Great bonuses and chances to work remotely / from home.
Cons: Hvae to be based in Jb branch if you want to grow in company. Commision structure is bad
