I learned how to priorities my work daily

To work at Network BBDO amazing every single day a different experience love it. Typical day at work priorities 15 different Calender's very challenging but I always managed to get on top of my game. What I enjoy most of Company is that everyday is a diffent day love the challenge working with different ppl on a daily basis, I love the running around....the most challenge aspect working with 15 Differential Calender's and making sure everything runs according to plan

Pros: Yes great opportunity for promotion but I love working for the Directors
Cons: When we pitch for a new account long hours use come which was never a problem

To respect your collegues in the working environment and try something new in the company

Im i was working as data capturer and filling . my daily job was to update timesheets, filling and posting and helping other departments when im done with my daily duties

Pros: Working as a administrator while i was on promotion
Cons: I was working from 8 -to 10 hours trying to solve errors on my work flow

Learning more skills in the company

Respecting my collegues and doing my job best and on time , learning more skills and helping more people in different departments and respecting different cultures in the company and i like to work and finish my jobs and so that i can chat or talk to my collegues talking about challenges and solutions in life and work basis , i love to learn something other jobs in my spare time in different departments

Pros: Promoted from doing timesheets to admin in financial department
Cons: 6 - 9 Hours
