Great place to start

Working well with in a team, prepare the day early in the morning and following up with clients keeping all logged Job Cards uptodate and close calles inside sla. I have learned various new skills regarding server configuration, networking and day to day fixing of computers. We are a good team and enjoy the assistance every one is giving to each other witch complete the team. We have various challenges on a daily basis from dealing with difficult customers to problem solving but the best is when everyone walks out smiling.

Always lurning new skills

- A typical work day Start early 06:45 at office, prepare for day and schedule appointments. Start with clients as soon as possible to free time for additional assistants to colleagues. - Your relationship with co-workers Good relationship always respecting each others and work well in the team - What you have learnt I did my Pastel Certificate, and learned a lot on servers and routers for clients with port forwarding. - What you enjoy most I enjoyed working with clients and colleagues and enjoy taking up challenges - The most challenging aspects of the job Dealing with difficult client but most rewarding to see them leave with a smile.
