You should always be on time and working after hours is beneficial. Network Alliance wants you to always respect clients and have a professional relationship with all customers as well as co-workers. You need to work as a team and need good communication skills. You always learn something new everyday and most days is challenging. You must be able to assist with a wide variety of technical aspects and easily learn while you support the client. Most fun at Network Alliance is to work with your co-workers as a team and communicate with one another.

Excellent Learning Curve

I have Great work colleagues. The atmosphere is great at clients. We have allot of opportunities regarding study material. The thing I've learnt most is that you must teach yourself, no one is going to spoon feed you. Perseverance is key.

Pros: Great Study Opportunities.
Cons: Long working Hours.

Excellent learning curve

I loved working for network Alliance as it was new and challenging things to learn on a daily basis. The work I have learnt there has put me on a very broad spectrum in terms of IT
