My day to day work duties are remote troubleshooting through diagnostics techniques, determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers, and serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. I've learnt to understand customers needs, handling complaints and returns gracefully.

Procurement officer

I started as intern, Within a year ( during the intern program) the company had reversed a permanent position. My works speaks for its self, today am training new employees. I ave manged to change the working system in the department. I have been award the best ethical employess, best target achiever, the department is rated the best performing department. Am happy with my growth withtin the company.on a typical day i place order, generate invoice, credit deal with the rental ( Laptops and IT equipments). Relationship witht the co-workers is great and the interaction with them is wonderful no complaints for the staff. I have learnt how to communicate with clients and suppliers. I enjoy monthly targets. the challenges are whenn orders are mixed up from the supplier side, having to return equipment back to the supplier, dealing with clients that are uncertain for their requirement but its always good to know that yous, i meeting clients requirements.

Pros: Promotion from been am intern to been permanent position.

Working for an outsourcing company is a bit challenging but gives one an opportunity to work with different kinds of clients who come with their different challenges.

Excellent company

exexcellent company.they push us to become better technicians and for us to grow our knowledge.they encourage us to write international exams.the companies communication skills needs alittle working on.the company gives you opportunity to work on different sites when enhances your knowlege and user communication skills

A great company to work for. Especially to gain experience in Desktop support and helpdesk. There are a lot of clients handled by the company which brings more exposure in terms of different systems and environments

I think this is a major growth in my career

i am currently doing support which ranges to the below server work AD, File server , application severs printer work desktop work remote support some time on standby after hours and weekends. i do will working with others any more heads is better than one i still need to grow and learn as much as i can
