Not sure
there's not much work that gets done if there's no current projects, therefore that kills the spirit and feel like no accomplishment and very bored. not much interaction with the manager everytime i ask for something to do he simply looks like does not care he says there's nothing to be done.

Research and product development
I am currently working on a project that involves fitting collision avoidance systems in TMMEs at a mine. I have a very good relationship with my fellow Technicians. And have picked up many additional skills since starting at the mine. The most challenging part of my job is also the most enjoyable part of my job, because it allows my to think creatively and abstractly to solve the issue. It is when a machines collision avoidance system is not working, and there are no signs as to why. Solving the issues and working closely with the systems engineers to research and develope the product further are both difficult and enjoyable

Technology
making sure users are up and running , trying get information form user as to how to assist and also making sure they have access to all relevant reports created by BI developers, the co-workers every where has a a huge problem with logging calls . i have learnt to be nice to users as they get frustrated when having issues but also making sure they log calls i have enjoyed the culture of working flexible and also making sure that things get sone without beiong policied by superiors

Great field exposure
A day begins with a scheduled plan of of all the work and clients that need to be attended to for fitments. Every job has a specific time frame and job description and all that needs to be done for that particular client. You are challenged to do your best and learn other things on the job
