My everyday at the office is never the same. My company is an online gifting, occasion driving company. ensuring the site is up and running, I basically handle the floral side of things so ensuring all daily reports are done. stock is maintained from all hubs, ensuring all images and costs are reflecting. have to have a open communication with work colleagues and very much of a team player. very processed driven. have to be very trendy and must have style and as well as move with the times. Also need to know products and components.

I am meticulous in ln learning fast
I have managed over 60 vehicles and 50 drivers . Vehicle maintance and cold cold chain checks done on a daily basis . Yearly driver kpi Planning routes daily Work wrll under pressure

Good enviroment
Personally I am highly motivated energetic person who is willing to learn and take up challenges while making a significant contribution to companies. Excellent learning curve
working at Netflorist is okay, days are different some days its hell some its fine. my relationship with co-workers its also fine not bad. i have learned a lot different additional experience from what i used to do previously. its challenging when you get an impossible customer, however, you get to deal with different techniques to approach a query at hand.

Good learning curve
I love the work I'm doing, investing in agents performance. Providing the tool and recommendations to a successful customer experience. We deal with emotions its what our business sells. Our products create the perfect gift for all occasions so we deal with customers that needs to express what they feeling and we deliver that to the individual they require. Its a pleasure and a pain but gives meaning to what we do. We excel and fail but uses all opportunities to improve. Dealing with emotion telephonically is not easy.

Learning opportunity for a student
Excellent learning area, being able to work with Pastel, Knowing how to work with invoices and processing of information. Warehousing experience, Knowing how to deal with stock and being able to do stock takes each month. Able to create codes on the system. Caring environment. Team building, celebrations of birthdays and events with in the year.

Great learning experience
8 to 5 job that occasionally requires long hours of overtime…Leading a great team of over 100 staff in the department between dayshift and nightshift. Highly motivated team with good communication, workflow and organizational processes. My biggest highlight is creating and implementing error rate and wastage rate processes successfully.

Driving skill
I work as a temporary driver delivering flowers on special occasion or on a special days like valentines day, youth day , mother and fathers days as well ,its a door to door special delivery with your own car.
