From ZERO to HERO

I have learnt a lot since my appointment as admin clerk at Unitas hospital, even though the high volume of work is frustrating some times. I enjoy working as a team than working alone because I wont learn anything by that.

Pros: honestly there are slim chances of getting promotion here
Cons: i'm working flexible hours

Gained knowledge..

The company I work for is very huge I learned a lot and gained a lot of experience. You come across a lot of challenges where you get to use your problem solving skills . I work in a 27 bed unit I enjoy working there simply because as busy as it gets we work as a team.

Good clinical exposure.

If you want to learn it is a good.company to work at. There is too much red tape, but understandable in such big group. If you stay long enough you do get to feel part of a community through shared experiences. Work pressure is part of everyday life. There are many challenges for those who want to make difference with enough energy.

Pros: Clinical exposure
Cons: Too many employees, loosing benefit of.being appreciated to do extra.

My motivation

I am a hard working person with excellent communication skills. I have multiple of experience in various jobs and I am qualified Security Officer and Certified Forklift Operator. I am trustworthy and reliable person if to be given a chance i will become an asset to the company. I am willing to learn more and grow with company and I am available anytime.

Pros: I will put my efforts time and dedication to this company. If I to be given a chance my contribution will be more to the company.
