Excellent learning opportunities

Excellent working environment conducive to learning Great unit manager very hands on amd very accomodating and takes staff needs into consideration Great nursing collegues work well within a team Salary however not good enough compared to other hospitals Staffing a common problem but it has helped groom me into working well under pressure Demanding disrespectful doctors

Hard worker

I am a hard worker,I am down to earth,I can work good and accordingly with my peers ,I can face any challenges and I have learnt that my patients and I have to understand each other and always listen and take care of them

Excellent learning experience

A typical busy day I love Interacting with all sorts of different people. Environment is. Stressful but manageable . I've learn to work under stress with is very helpful

Experience

Wonderful company to work for however there is no room for growth for the admin staff. The salary bracket is "market related" , but this is a very low salary. Salary should be marked according to years of experience as we train the new staff-who generally end up earning more than we do.

Quality services

Working at Netcare has taught me alot. opportunities for growth are very minimal because if i stayed working here for long i wouldbe an HR clerk my whole life. i wouldnt want that for myself. the company culture is okay, it could be better if managers remembered that staff are human beings as well and they also sacrifice to be part of the workplace. everyone wants to be better than the day before. we need opportunities. there is alot of changes that can take place. if everyone was willing to get out of their comfort. zone.
