Good company offers great growth to the employees, gives people chance to learn and gain experience in pharmacy, learn more thing on hospital side adding up with retail pharmacy.excellent relation with other workers, enjoy working with people,challenging aspect is when we short staffed any having a lot of customers to assist

Fast paced, attention to details, flexible, reliable and needs you to always be a step ahead

The environment is fast paced and requires that you are always a step ahead. having to provide support for two managers at the same time is challenging but also requires time management skills and prioritizing work. This environment needs one to continuously follow up and make sure that all monthly statistics and daily needs by the managers are met. It requires you to be flexible and maintain communication with all managers and and clients by providing feedback where necessary.

Pros: great experience working under 2 managers and providing support to both
Cons: no growth
