there was shortage of staff it was the challege that we were having.evrey things was good even the management n staff was good we were one team l learn a lot being working their l gaing a lot of exprience

Pros: by working at that company l gained a lot of exprience of working in hospital taking care of a patient lerning communication skill how to solve promblems if their is an crisis in de ward how to nurse a patient according to his or her codition
Cons: it was nt easy bt because we were working shift n we was working as a team so it was easier for me

Great opportunity to work for the company and excellent learning curve in my life

I started at Netcare Rand Pharmacy as a Locum pharmacist. Days work involves monitoring our daily cash register ensuring that deposists are done for the day,following up on any discrepancies in shortages reporting such and investigating and correcting them. Reading e-mails and responding to them staff interaction monitoring our stock days,communicating any new changes to staff,give training where applicable.Follow upon stock issues with unit managers manage staffing in pharmacy.Interaction with billings team.Where applicable speak with company representatives. My staff has always been my back bone as all our duties we performed with them. Good relationship with staff.

Pros: Change is good to learn something different
Cons: Long hours and personal quality time
