Excellent learning curve

It's a very good and lovely environment to work here as like other jobs there are days which are very very busy and hectic, we are team working company following our Netcare values from our Unit Manger to my colleagues, the most important I learned here is to be patient as we are helping sick people who are sometimes so emotionally, what makes me happy is those thank you from the patients after you helped them and the most challenging aspects is to call the medical aid those difficult ones to get the authorization.

Pros: Great opportuninty for growth
Cons: Early morning start as my duty starts at 6h00 sometimes at 05h30

It's Good company a very busy one

It's a big company, very busy.it still has issues about race but that's my opinion might be wrong, offer good opportunity to study, no equality with regard to colour. The company has good Doctors have never experienced problems with the Doctors I work with they are very much reasonable. I believe the company make good money but we are not paid well.The management do not care about their staff but about themselves

Pros: managed to study, was given an opportunity to do that, I used it well

Current Responsibilities

Current responsibilities include: All hr administration and related duties to ensure compliance to the quality review guidelines. Co-ordinate and monitor the signing of employment contracts and related paperwork. Hr related queries and correspondence. Co-ordinate the administration of leave. Filing of documentation. Assist with the planning and co-ordinating of all training/orientation programmes, including sending out invitations, reminders to the staff, booking of venue, setting up, catering booking, etc. Assist with human resources related projects on an ad hoc basis as the need arises. Culture and change management. Maintaining sound employee relationships, risk management and industrial relations
