I think am underpaid

I have a learned a lot from the pharmaceutical industry because I understand medication better.I do enjoy the stocktake period in the hospital for the mid-stocktake and year end. There is no clear hierarchy of reporting which makes my role very limited

Pros: no the is no great opportunity for promotion
Cons: no cons i can pin point besides that the underpayment of staff

Learning and willing to grow

I am looking for a company that will give me the opportunity to grow to go for courses and if possible to assist me by furthermore my studies.a company with full of growth and enthusiasm.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the company
Cons: Whatever hours that is expected from me
