Excellent learning curve granted the opportunity to prove myself in all areas of the department

Ensure all my patient admitted in my ward they have authorsation to be occupying hosital beds and all procedures lined up for them are authorised on time,during this global pandemic ensure all the isolation expensive medcation utilised are granted per guideline my relationship with coworkers is excellent especially service provider doctors and my peers in geneeral responsibility in all i working with more specially the financial aspect all my cases are paid off ithout my paltient struggling with shortfall patient admitted without authand the case is being declined by the medical aid becaus the hospital did not follow procedure interms of the patient benefits dated

Pros: to be able to do what they think you cannot d and you excel without any hiccups
Cons: long hours without remuniration just pushing your cases becaus you are behind
