Opportunities given for job enlargement. Opportunities to grow within the company is very limited.

Opportunities given for job enlargement. Some duties are monotonous. Allows for job independence. Most days we are short staffed. I enjoy meeting tight deadlines. Good relationships with colleagues.

Pros: Opportunities given to learn more duties.
Cons: Often short staffed.
