Netcare is not only the best company to work for is the company that develops a person it is a learning environment everyday you deal with so many challenges that make you to wake and go to work. everyone in the hospital is very friendly and helpful they all give their best to their employees, everyone in the company is your family as we spent most of the time here. We acknowledge each other and treat one on other with dignity and respect. What I enjoy most about the job is working with people and resolving problems that arise within the working environment. The most challenging aspect of the JOB is when dealing with recruitment and selection process, People will apply for a Vacant Position expecting to be appointed knowing that they don't even meet the requirements of the JOB, if you try to explain to them they get mad, and threatens to beat you up for no reason.

Learning something new about myself
I am able to work well under pressure and have multiple skills in the administration department as I am also doing filing and assisting in the accounts department.I work well with people, individually and in a team too. Sharing ideas to work the work environment more productive is my great skills that I have amongs others. It's a great place to work for, I like the way they push you to learn and see and know more about yourself. High pressure entertainment with long hours in a day and actually showing you that you are cable of anything you apply you mind on. Doing admissions for patients file to be admitted, selling parking to our patients visits and meal tickets to visitor sleeping over in the baeds ward, transfer patients from one ward to the next on system called SAP. I have learnt to multi-task and give it my all.

Good place to learn how to work.
Netcare is a very good company to work for. There has a very good management style and friendly managers. I have very good working ours for us as Pharmacists and the assistants. Our stuff is very friendly and kind to each other. I started my pharmaceutical career here at Netcare so I have learnt a lot in this field. I enjoy the dispensing and inter acting with our customers.
Pros: Good increses.
Cons: Works on public Holidays.

Enrolled nurse
Team work always is the key..need to make sure you do your job according to your scope of practice, if you didn't finish you work for the day you make sure when you hand over you do it well inform the person that this is what is done n completed for the day and this is what is left because nursing is continues

GOOD EXPERIENCED
I have never had a typical work day and my relationship with the employees was always the best I kept feeling I was at home when we at work . I treated everyone good. I have learned so many things , I have learned how to work with customers. I enjoyed working as a cashier , seeing lot of people everyday and helping difficult customers to understand what I am saying. my challenge was Filling, I was very hectic

Punctuality
A bright, talented and self –motivated individual, who has excellent organisational skills, is highly efficient and has a good eye for detail. Able to play a key role in analysing problems and come up with creative solutions and files for effective data management. A quick learner who can absorb new ideas, can communicate clearly, effectively and willing to add value in any organisation.

No work and life balance
Long hours spent at work. Excellent for career growth however at the expense of personal or family life. Great exposure to smart systems. Fast passed environment where the is no dull momemnt

To much work load...company do not want to appoint help..even though HOD..no aknowledement received. Promises was made..but not actualized........work load of 3 people....

Growth and change
shift work includes 12 hour period, 1 full weekend off and 1 full weekend on. Relationships with co workers are excellent. Able to work independently and shift lead. Enjoy my patient satisfaction as that is priority for me. I like to challenge myself intellectually as I feel im capable of developing new skills but there is no growth for me currently at my place of work so I'm looking for change.
Pros: teamwork, neat environment, kept up to date at all times
Cons: long working hours, no improvement for change and growth
