Netcare hospital /college it's a good and practical recognised qualifications,to have

My hospital has 2 medical wards,theatre ,emergency department operating for 24 hours,high care and adults ICU,2 surgical wards,urology ward,nephrologist ward , paeds wards ,post natal,neonatal ward ,and the oncology and chemo.clinic which I'm currently working in.

Pros: Opportunity to grow and learn new things
Cons: Need a 7or 8 to 4 job

Learning and challenging company to work for

I joined netcare while im from school knowing nothing .they have groomed me and i learn a lot .now i think im ready for a new challenge and to share experince with other companies.

Pros: there are many people who put work first than their families i worked with
Cons: there is lots who steal from patients and hospital drugs

Learning to to assertive in situation are difft

Starting work early around 6:00 am do doctors rounds get new prescription and sending updates to the scheme .Co-workers and manager good support system.Tremendous pressure and turn around of high cost unit is very high .Love flexible hours and recognition from the manager . Training is fair Challenge is mainly doctors who at not compliant with the scheme rules ,and having to hold clients liable .

Cons: Long hours and working weekend
