The highlights and the challenges of education

A typical work day at Netcare education comprises of lecturing in the theory classes daily when students are in block. also doing practical demonstrations of clinical skills. Forming part of the quality committee, responsible for reviewing study guides nursing clinical standards and writing of standard operating procedures. My relationship with my co workers is great we are a small team and like a family. In my job i have learned immensely, ive grown confident and very knowledgeable about all processes in the education field, Council of Higher education processes and especially during the accreditation process for the new nursing curriculum's. i enjoy being part of something bigger, being able to make a difference in students and post basic students lives, seeing them graduate and know that you have been a part of that. most challenging is that education work is a continuous job, and you need to work very hard to create a proper work life balance.

I would like to grow as a person

i work with customer and my colleagues are my customers too. I treat people the way i want to be treated. We work as a team. we always help each other if one of us has deadlines. I am Confident Good interpersonal and communication skills Handle pressure and cope well in time sensitive environment Enjoys a challenge Perform well under no supervision Self-starter Responsible Don’t give up easily Always give my best

I would really appreciate if my application is highly considered.

Hassan and Associates Accountant and auditors firm I worked for two years what an amazing company to work for I also agined a lot of experience, management was also great to work with.

Pros: Gained a lot of skills and getting to learn a lot about Sars and submitting documents

Great learning curve

I've been able to develop myself as a Nursing Educator and have learned a great deal on coordinating programmes, planning compiling detailed reports. I've also learned to be more organised and use my time effectively to meet deadlines. I enjoy being in the classroom and interacting with students and assisting a d facilitating their learning as well as guiding them to achieve success in their studies. I get along well with my colleagues and learn a feat deal from as I am still new in Nursing Education. The most challenging aspect is dealing with the work load at times and adapting to scheduling of work changes.
