I have obtained a lot of things...cause I managed workshop alone ...since my manager resigned.

I'm working in workshop...doing all hardware's..laptops ,desktops and printers...I install windows, repairing and disgonise challangies and fix it,relation with co-workers looks fine..I have obtained a lot of thing's in I.T now I can fix anything things related with applications or hardware...but at my working place the are racism you can't enjoy working the.

Pros: My manager who use to manage the workshop, resigned soo now is 8 month working in workshop alone...but they still pay me less while I'm managing workshop
Cons: Sometimes I work overtimes but I never received any money for it...sometimes I go alone during weekends to finish my work ,cause some machines clients want it agently but I never received any cent for my weekends or my over time

Extremely Challenging Support environment

Typical workday from 7:30-16:30 includes working at the office on the helpdesk, on site visits, emergency maintenance on site requests, after hours support Weekend standby I have a decent relationship with co workers and certain directors I have been exposed to new and innovative technologies to assist with support whether remote or on site The most challenging aspect is managing communication internally as there is no set guideline. Also having to treat certain clients with a higher regard is sometimes a problem

Pros: Flexible work environment whether at home or at the office
Cons: overtime requirements borders on extreme and there is no time for personal matters.
