Great company to work at.

When I started at Netafim SA I did not know much about working on a plant or logistics. Here at this company I have learnt to work under pressure, stay humble and learn from anyone willimg to teach. I have grown in many ways from planning my day, prioritzing taks, supervising day workers, taking responisiblity a d implementing lean in all my 3 dedicated areas. I acquired forklift license here and also fall arrest training. I am also part of the firefighting team.

Pros: Great support from work colleagues
Cons: Being looked down on because Im young
